1. 🎥 Opening Video is Mandatory:
* To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must record an uncut opening video from the moment the package is received and opened.
* The video must clearly show the parcel being opened, the product inside, and any issues (if any).
* Requests without an opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. ✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange
* Return or exchange must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
*Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.
* All original packaging, tags, authenticity cards, and invoices must be returned along with the product.
3. ❌ Non-Returnable Items
* Customized or personalized items.
* Products bought on clearance or marked “final sale”
* Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
4. 🔁 Exchange Policy
* We offer exchange only once per order (subject to product availability).
* If the desired replacement item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.
5. 💰 Refund Policy
* Since we deal in curated luxury items, cash refunds are not offered.
* Eligible returns will receive a store credit or gift card equal to the purchase value (excluding shipping charges)

2. Share order details and reason for return/exchange.
3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

7. 📦 Shipping Charges
* Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged.
